01 / Information we handle

• On your device: unlocked levels, completed levels, best move counts, and music, sound and vibration preferences.
• Online play: Unity Authentication creates a player identifier, including for anonymous players. BallGate sends completed-level and move-count information to Unity Leaderboards. Your rank, score and player label may be visible to other players. On Android, Google Play Games sign-in may link your platform identity to your Unity player account.
• Advertising: Google AdMob may process your IP address (including approximate location derived from it), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information. The information processed depends on the platform, privacy choices and advertising configuration. BallGate does not request precise GPS location.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

02 / Why we use it

We use this information to save your progress, provide player authentication and rankings, display and measure ads, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and respond to requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, essential game and online features are provided to perform our agreement with you; support, reliability and security rely on legitimate interests; processing that requires consent, including certain advertising activities, relies on your consent. We may also process information to meet legal obligations.

03 / Service providers

BallGate uses Google AdMob and its consent tools, Unity Authentication and Unity Leaderboards, and Google Play Games on supported Android devices. These providers process information needed for their services. Their privacy notices explain their practices:

Information may be processed outside your country. Applicable service agreements and legally required safeguards govern international transfers. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

04 / Your choices and rights

Where presented, use the advertising consent message to make your choices. Your device settings also provide advertising identifier and privacy controls. Google Play Games settings let you manage your game profile and connected games.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us below to exercise these rights; we may need enough information to verify and locate your player record.

05 / Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain on your device until app data is cleared or the app is removed; device backups may restore them. Online player identifiers and leaderboard records remain while needed to provide the associated account and rankings, unless deleted following a verified request. Removing the app alone does not delete server records.

Support correspondence is kept only as needed to address the request and related follow-up. Information may be retained longer where necessary for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. Service providers apply their own applicable retention policies to data they control.

To request deletion of your BallGate player account or associated data, email fbatuhanr@gmail.com with the subject “BallGate Data Deletion”. Tell us your platform and any player identifier available to you. We will help identify the record and explain any information that must be retained and why. Never send your password. Deleting BallGate data does not delete your Google account.

06 / Children’s privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to BallGate, contact us so we can investigate and address the request, including deletion where appropriate.

07 / This website and security

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or contact form. Its hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Email links open your own email application.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 / Policy updates

We may update this policy as BallGate or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
